Policies
Hair Service Refund Policy
- All refunds will only be given if client and stylist cannot agree on doing a redo appointment
- There are special circumstances that I will agree to refunding either partial or full amount of services when each party believes it's best to part ways respectfully and on good terms.
- Once a refund is issued, you agree to not leave any bad comments, reviews, or slander Hair By Rachel Lewis in any way per our agreement to part ways.
Cancellation Policy
- 48 Hours or more - no charge
- Less than 48 hours subject to a cancellation fee of 50% service price
- No call, no show, or same day- Invoice will be sent for 100% of service price. If invoice is not paid, future bookings will be denied.

- Multiple no-shows or last minute cancellations will require $50 deposit upon booking future appointments
Redo Policy
Social Media Pictures
- 48 hours to contact me if unhappy with services
- If you leave truly happy and someone you know doesn't like your hair and you decide you want to change it, there will be additional charges
- Color clients will be subjected to additional cost of color if they change their mind on original color.
- When asked if it's okay to take your picture, that gives me consent to post them.
- If you do not want your face shown, just let me know.
- If you want, you can share and tag yourself.
- Pictures are used for social media, website, and marketing.
Return Check Fees
- Returned/Bounced checks will result in a $25-$50 fee, depending on the bank.
- All services must be paid in full with an invoice, including the bank fees, in a timely manner. Otherwise legal action will be taken (theft of services)
Payment of Services
- All payment of services must be paid at the time of appointment
- No check holds for future dates
- I accept cash, check, card, venmo, and cash app
- If you forget your wallet, card declines, or bad check and I have to send an invoice, payment must be completed within the next 48 hours.
Retail Products
- All sales are final on all salon products or the purchase of hair extensions.
